How do I install the Seerat Logestics?

You can download Seerat Logestics from the Google Play Store for Android or Apple App Store for iOS. Search for "Seerat Logestics" and click Install.

What are the system requirements?

Android: Android 7.0 or higher. iOS: iOS 13.0 or higher. The app requires location permission, camera access, and storage access.

Can I use the app without an internet connection?

The app works offline for essential functions. GPS tracking, shift logging, and docket completion can work offline. Data syncs automatically when connection is restored.

How do I reset my password?

Open the app login screen, tap "Forgot Password", enter your email, and follow the instructions sent to your email address.

Is my data secure?

Yes, we use enterprise-grade encryption to protect all your data. All communications are secured with SSL/TLS. Your location data is encrypted and only accessible by authorized personnel.

Can I delete my account?

Yes, you can request account deletion through Settings. Contact support for account deletion requests, and we'll process it within 30 days.

Why is GPS tracking not working?

Ensure location permission is enabled in your phone settings. Check that GPS is turned on. Move to an open area away from buildings. If issues persist, restart the app.

Does the app track my location when I'm off-duty?

No, the app only tracks your location during active shifts. Tracking stops when you end your shift.

How accurate is the GPS tracking?

GPS accuracy is typically within 5-10 meters in open areas. Accuracy may decrease in areas with tall buildings or tunnels due to signal obstruction.

What image formats are supported?

We support JPG, PNG, and HEIC formats. Maximum file size is 10MB per image. High-resolution images are automatically compressed.

Can I upload photos offline?

Photos are cached locally when captured offline. They'll automatically upload when you regain internet connection.

App crashes on startup

  1. Force close the app
  2. Clear app cache (Settings → App → Seerat Logestics → Storage → Clear Cache)
  3. Restart your phone
  4. Reopen the app

Notifications not received

  1. Check notification settings are enabled
  2. Verify app notification permissions in system settings
  3. Ensure you're not in Do Not Disturb mode
  4. Reinstall the app if issue persists

High battery drain

  1. Reduce location update frequency in settings
  2. Disable background activity
  3. Use WiFi instead of mobile data when possible
  4. Close other apps running in background
